RETURNS

We will accept returns from you if you are not happy with your purchase within 15 days of delivery to you. However, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items if the original packaging has been opened:
Condoms, Dongs, Pumps, Self-Stimulators, Underwear, Vibrators |

EXCHANGES

There will be no exchanges on video, CD-ROM or DVD purchases unless the original product was defective. We do not rent. Any other products will be gladly exchanged provided the original order is returned with the exception of those products previously mentioned in the paragraph above. |
